What an incredible year for the AmeriServ Flood City Music Festival — from the huge Thursday “Night Zero” crowd to the final note of the wild and wonderful Sneezy set in the wee hours of Sunday morning. The artists turned in shows to remember, often in collaboration with our artists at large. Greensky Bluegrass returned to Johnstown after many years and a rich history here, and their set featuring Holly Bowling was epic — did you catch Greensky’s social media reel with Holly announcing a longer tour together, filmed in our green room backstage? The Disco Biscuits’ collaboration with Karina Rykman and Natalie Cressman on a cover of the David Bowie classic “Let’s Dance” was unforgettable. And boy did we ever dance!

Improvements in 2026 included the addition of video, a centralized merch tent, better pub organization, and more VIP perks — and we notched our second-best attendance ever while setting all-time records at the bar, in merch sales, and more. It is simply remarkable that we continue on a growth trajectory despite an uncertain economy and difficult times for the live music industry (especially festivals).
