Festival Camping
The AmeriServ Flood City Music Festival is delighted to be partnering with Coal Tubin’ to provide primitive festival camping for the third year! In 2026, camping will be available in two-night AND three-night packages for those who wish to come in early for our free “Night Zero” pre-festival concert on Thursday evening.
Two nights: Friday and Saturday, July 24-25: $70 per person
- 2 nights camping: Friday-Saturday
- Round-trip shuttles to and from the festival site (scheduled in in accordance with festival stage schedule; details to be released later. You may drive if you wish.)
- Unlimited Coal Tubin’ on Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday (July 24-26)
Three nights: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, July 23-25: $100 per person
- 3 nights camping: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Round-trip shuttles to and from the festival site (scheduled in in accordance with festival stage schedule; details to be released later. You may drive if you wish.)
- Unlimited Coal Tubin’ on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday (July 23-26)
The riverside campground is located at Coal Tubin’, 100 Station Street, which is a 10-minute shuttle ride from festival grounds. Flush restrooms will be available at the campground 24 hours a day this year. No showers. All campsites have fire pits, and you may bring a grill if you wish.
Camping will be sold on our ticketing page as a standalone item, per person — you must also buy the appropriate number and type of festival tickets. There will be no in-person camping sales. Kids 12 and under camp with their parents free. Sorry, a single-night camping price is not available (of course, you can arrive and leave when you wish). If you are interested in a longer stay at the campground and would like to add nights before or after the festival weekend, please contact Coal Tubin’ directly for pricing and to make those arrangements.
A few weeks before the festival, we’ll email you more information about how to check in, and you’ll receive your camping wristband when you arrive. We’ll have room for everyone, but sites will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis. Coal Tubin’ will do their best to make everyone’s stay magical and accommodate everyone’s preferences. The campground features plenty of land (no carside camping, but it’s a short walk from parking to campground). Open camping is allowed — for the adventurous, a short hike from your car can get you waterfront property. The best hammock sites are waterfront hike-in.
RV campers are welcome at the same per-person prices as listed above, but RVs will be “boondocking” — no hookups are available.
